Terms and conditions
The fine print for booking and staying at Camppointe RV Park, written as plainly as we could.
Agreement
Camppointe RV Park is owned and operated by Covered Wagons RV Resort LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These terms apply to anyone who books a stay at Camppointe RV Park, stays at the park, or uses camppointe.com. By booking, arriving, or using the site, you agree to them. Our guest rules are part of these terms.
Reservations and payment
- Online reservations are handled through Firefly Reservations. Payments are processed by Firefly and its payment partners, not stored by us.
- Posted rates can change at any time. The rate on your confirmation is the rate you pay for that stay.
- Nightly and weekly rates include electric. Monthly rates do not; electric is metered and billed separately.
- We'll try to honor site requests, but specific sites aren't guaranteed and may be reassigned when needed.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are shown when you book and in your confirmation. Those terms apply to your reservation. No refunds are given for early departure caused by a rules violation.
Monthly stays
Monthly guests sign a separate site agreement. It requires a deposit equal to one month's rent and 30 days' notice to leave. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.
Guest conduct and RV requirements
- We accept self-contained RVs in good working order, up to 50 feet.
- We may refuse service or ask any guest or visitor to leave for breaking the guest rules, unsafe behavior, or disturbing others, without a refund.
- You're responsible for your guests, visitors, and pets, and for any damage they cause to the park or other guests' property.
Assumption of risk and liability
- You use the park at your own risk. Outdoor areas include gravel, uneven ground, water features, wildlife, and weather.
- To the extent allowed by law, Covered Wagons RV Resort LLC and Camppointe RV Park are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to RVs, vehicles, or personal property, or for injuries on the property, except where caused by our gross negligence.
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and cell service can be interrupted by weather, maintenance, or providers. Interruptions don't entitle you to a refund, but we'll work to restore service quickly.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your inquiry, reservation, or stay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts isn't required to book. See our privacy policy for how we handle your number.
Website
We work to keep rates, photos, and details on this site accurate, but they may change without notice. Your confirmation and agreement control over anything shown on the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Grayson County, Texas.
